Cancellation / Prepayment
We require a 25% prepayment deposit by bank transfer or cash upon booking.
Your holiday tariff is to be paid in full one month before date of arrival.
Refunds of the full tariff, less prepayment deposit, are available should you need to cancel your booking outside of the cancellation restriction.
Sorry, we cannot offer refunds if you cancel your booking within 14 days of your arrival.
A security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival for incidental charges (damages / excessive cleaning). This deposit is fully refundable within 3 days of your departure and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Deductions will be made in the event of any unfortunate damages or excessive cleaning.
